With ILS we identify risks, maintenance procedures, repair procedures, spare parts, special tools and the documentation and user support that needs to be produced.

As early as during the product’s development phase, we work out a maintenance plan. Based on the plan, we can define the tasks needed to maintain function and performance over the product’s entire lifespan.

S1000D is an SGML/XML-based standard, an international specification for the production of technical publications. Originally, the specification was made with the military aviation industry in mind. It has since evolved and can now be applied not only to the entire defense industry, but also civil industries. Using S1000D we streamline traceability in documents and can easily reuse previously created technical information.
