Condesign have a delivery organisation and a quality assured process for developing and delivering customised solutions.

Organisation
We have a number of senior developers with a total of about a hundred years of combined experience in systems development. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.

Methodology
We use agile development methodology (based on SCRUM), enabling us to work closely with the customer with full transparency in project status and priorities. Our methodology also helps us to quickly deal with changes and additions within projects. We have a strong focus on performance and delivery of short, 2-4 week iterations, and a built-in improvement process using retrospectives and feedback as cornerstones in our work.
