Robotics Project

To design, program and build a user-friendly peripheral device to a robot cell or line that meets the statutory directives and regulations places high requirements on the supplier.

We have delivered a number of facilities in cooperation with KUKA. Our commitment to these projects took the form of communication to and from the robot, emergency stop management and control of peripherals. In addition to construction, design and control software, deliveries have included the manufacture of control cabinets, installation and commissioning.

An automated handling by a robot means a marked reduction of repetitive tasks for operators and provides a more consistent quality, in addition to increasing the overall production capacity (continuity).
